To do this right (IMO) he needs to include the year it was done. These are all 2nd contracts:
Slay was 16.7 M (appx) in 2020.
Jones was 16.5 M in 2020.
Waynes was 14 M in 2020
Bradbury was 14.5 M in 2020
Howard was 15.5 M in 2019.
Fuller was 14 M in 2018.
Bouye was 13.5 M in 2017
Gilmore was 13 M in 2017
Peterson was 14 M in 2014.
It's obvious that in 2020, Waynes and Bradbury are not getting top tier 2nd contracts (receiver works the same way, there's a top tier and 2nd tier range). So theirs are a little less.
Given all that it looks logically like 18 M for Ramsey is a reasonable expectation. BUT I would not be surprised if it were more. It could go as high as 20 M.
