Re: Jared Goff must improve on play-action if he's to rebound in 2020

Goff's adjusted interception rate of 3.2% in '18 and again in '19 suggest to me that he needs improvement for sure. In '17 he was at 1.7% and one of the league's best. The last two years he is mediocre or worse. I anticipated struggles in '19 though and was willing to write that season off. Goff's career has been unorthodox but '20 will be no more excuses IMO.
