That's the only place that makes sense. They never should have left. Spanos tried a nice "stiff arm" to the city of SD and it's back firing on him.

If Spanos can't take care of his end of the bargain in L.A. then NFL owners should force him to sell the team to new ownership and the fans will welcome them back with open arms.
