I feel mcvay hasn't utilized the tricks plays as much as I thought he would. He has shown us some nice plays in the past but they have been few and far in between. We have had general success with our offense for awhile now and has limited our ability to need trick plays. I would like to see more variety in our formations from a game to game basis though maybe some two back sets, 12 personal, goaline heavy offense sets etc.
