That makes no sense. You don't double team WR's. In fact, you often let WR's win. But, let's say you are right. Wouldn't a CB that can cut down the need for scheming AND can heavily minimize the great WR's damage wouldn't that be more valuable? The flexibility it allows is invaluable to a defense.
