Keenan Allen was a beast in college on bad cal team and was Injured his junior season. His qb was his step brother Zach Maynard and was not very good at all. I see Jefferson as a Reynolds replacement not a Brandin Cooks replacement. I think van will have a hard time replacing a fourth year Reynolds who has more big play ability. So basically I see van knocking off nsimba or replacing an injured Reynolds. Don't see the value of taking him in the second. Even Kupp and Keenan Allen were third rounders and had way more college production.
