No one in these OL posts mentions what a terrible effect Jamil Demby had on our OL, and that once they finally took him out of a starter and backup role, the OL played much better. I fault Kromer, even going back to the preseason when others outplayed JD. Hoping that mistake was rectified permanently.

Demby is like the Dominic Hatfield of our OL.
It's kind of shocking and amazing that certain players get such a long leash while playing like hot garbage, before they finally get yanked out of the starting lineup.
Fans can point out the obvious far too long before coaching staffs make the switch.
Seems like almost every year there is a player on the roster that sticks around and has fans scratching their heads why?!
Update: Looks like Hatfield went to the Panthers so he is still getting playing time, SMH.....
