McVay knows what he wants his Rams to be as a HC....It's year #4 for our leader.
Wade is gone (not hired yet, correct?) and our new DC Staley coaches Defense like McVay coaches Offense.
O'Connell (OC) was hired to help McVay, especially being the "eye in the sky" on game days!
Rams Roster is full of depth, and interchangeable players that can do many things well. This allows you to keep players on the field and mix things up on both offense and defense. Keep the opponent guessing.
