what does mcvay or kromer see that you don't. They are not handing out money just because he's smart or nice. Even if you don't see it there's a reason or a purpose. What is it?
Alternatively mcvay and kroner are just bad talent evaluators. Considering the success they had its hard for me to believe that but I guess its possible.
