Cam's last full season he had better than a 67% completion rate with Norv Turner. Goff has never completed better than 64.9%

There aren't any football reasons not to get a QB like Cam if you could actually get him

The reason you wouldn't is totally locker room based. He won't fit in the locker room with how flamboyant he is, how immature he can be at times, and the second that Goff messes up people will turn on him and ask for Cam and the Rams aren't ready to do that.

Those are the only real reasons
