DaSilva says the Rams missed out on some talented OL and ILB prospects by trading back from 126 to 136. I took at look at the draft results to see specifically who they missed. Unless you think the Rams had to have Troy Dye instead of Hopkins the Rams made a great move with this particular trade down.
Here the OL and LB taken between 126 and 136: draft slot, name, position, NFL team (along with Deadpool's rank and eval from his top 250 board).
126 Charlie Heck, T, Texans (172. Charlie Heck - OT - North Carolina - 6'-8" 311 lbs. - As Alyo has stated, the son of a coach. Smart, good technique and excellent length. Needs to add some weight and power. Great developmental type of L/RT.)
129 Cameron Clarke, G, Jets (not listed in Deadpool's Top 250)
132 Troy Dye, LB, Vikings (91. Troy Dye - LB - Oregon - 6'-4" 231 lbs. - Another see ball, chase ball LBer that needs to add strength. But he makes plays all over the field.)
135 Kevin Dotson, G, Steelers (not listed in Deadpool's Top 250)
136 Brycen Hopkins, TE, Rams (68. Brycen Hopkins - TE - Purdue - 6'-4" 245 lbs. - Your prototypical new age TE. A mismatch problem in the middle of the field that is a smooth, easy mover. Not an inline blocker, I worry a bit about his hands.)
