I think for a few reasons it will not be quite the same offense as before. Sure, you want a deep speed guy on every team. But you mainly want guys that can get open and catch reliably above all. They did not necessarily have to find a plug-and-play carbon copy of Cooks. I also think Woods and Kupp have shown that (while they're not burners) they can definitely run deeper routes and take safeties with them. Plus all three- Woods, Kupp and Jefferson- can play inside, outside, bunch formations, etc. They can find matchups they like and move all three around. And Reynolds keeps a role as the WR4 with some nice for the red zone, etc.
Also with Higbee's emergence TE becomes a larger factor than it was in 2017 and 2018.
Not a different offense by any means. But with Higbee and now Jefferson it could and should evolve.
Exactly....read all those quotes and tidbits I posted below about senior bowl week. He looked like the fastest player on the field who can play X, Y or Z.... The more you read about him the more you know exactly why the Rams were stoked he was there to draft at 57
