VJ is very safe. 24, WR's kid, route runner, big program. I think it all comes into play. Teams evaluate their entire roster and then grade out every college player. They also gave salary cap considerations that factor into it. There's more. They look at their depth charts and look at every other team's charts too. They look at contracts. They look at draft compensation. There's so much at play that goes into making a decision of who to pick. Every team wants All Pro at every position but there's a salary cap. So you must prioritize positions. Obviously QBs get the biggest salaries. If you have a 1-1 like Goff, he's going to eat a lot of cap. We had the most expensive RB. He made almost a cool million per game last season. Cooks was a top paid WR. When healthy these two guys earned their pay.
