I do think the extra year, "college experience", does have a large factor in Snead's selecting.

Even the RS Junior / Senior......there's extra sessions in there that give your prospect a larger pool of playing time.
Also, it allows tape to see. Allows your ability to interview their coaches, media, and community. See how your prospect is conducting themselves on and off field.
