so i agree that jefferson was not the guy i pegged for the rams. i was hoping for mims. while jefferson may be more skilled, mims seems more athletic and a better fit to fill the cooks role (although if jefferson workout at the combine i wonder if we would be saying that). but regardless, they appear to have liked both and in fact met with both. so i think we need to ask yourselves why would the rams select jefferson over mims? a couple of possibilities...(a) the rams like reynolds to fill the cooks spot, (b) the rams believe jefferson can fill the cooks role; or (c) the offense is changing a bit with less emphasis on the cooks role; or (d) some combination of all four.
