Kupp is signed thru this season. He will be 27 years old when this contract expires. He'll have 4 years experience and will be looking for his 2nd contract (i.e. the big payday). How big of a payday? Well, Sportrac thinks 4 years, $77.9M [

Woods is signed thru the 2021 season. He will be a 30 years old before the 2022 season starts and will have 9 years in the NFL under his belt, looking for his 3rd contract. On the surface this seems like the kind of contract the Rams avoid, but if he's still productive maybe the Rams would be interested. The thing is he's is grossly outplaying his current contract so it wouldn't surprise me if he tests the market and goes to the highest bidder.
I think part of the reason the Rams cut ties with Gurley and Cooks this year is to clear cap space next season to sign Kupp (along with Johnson & Ramsey) so I bank on Kupp staying.
But it wouldn't surprise me to see Woods in another uniform in 2022. So drafting a WR this year in a deep WR class, letting him hone his craft for two years, and contribute in a big way in 2022 seems like a wise move.
