Cleveland was lacking leadership. The Bucs have that now with Brady who is going to demand a lot from his teammates just like Brooks and Sapp did in their glory days. If I'm a Bucs fan, I would be pretty excited right now even though the "new" guys are a little long in the tooth, but I would be even more excited if they went back to the old orange and white creamsicle uniforms from 40 years ago.
