How can you trade a retired player? At what point does a guy have his life away from a team? Seems to me (I may be stupid), but if a guy retires it means he is out of the game and if he decides to come back the team he retired from should get squat for his choice of wanting to return....or is this a pats kinda rule? Did he sign a deal that his life belonged to the pats even when he left the game?
