Bill Hawkins (bust plain and simple)
Cleveland Gary (good player who fumbled too much?) good enough running back but not much else around him. He just wore down.
Frank Stams, LB (marginal contributor. He was a bust considering where he was picked).
Brian Smith, LB (bust, even worse than Hawkins)
Henley (prison, got it)
Kevin Robbins, T (bust)
Jeff Carlson, QB (bust)
Alfred Jackson, WR (bust)
and so on...
And the 88 draft. It's surprising the Rams fell apart from 90 on, because on surface level there's some good picks here:
Flipper Anderson, Robert Delpino, Fred Strickland. (The word I heard on the street was that Willie didn't work very hard on his craft. Delpino was really an average player who had some success. Strickland was a bust pretty much from day one)
Although, Gaston Green, Aaron Cox and Anthony Newman didn't really work out.
