It appears to me that the Rams have historically not placed that great of an emphasis on measurables like 40 times, physical strength, size, etc., preferring instead a more holistic approach which focuses on intangibles. That's why I think they haven't drafted players like Metcalf and Claypool. I could see him being drafted by the Ravens, Raiders, 49ers, Eagles, or Patriots.
I think the Rams prefer lateral quickness and explosion over forty times for a lot of positions.
