Gonna have to battle those a little bit for a couple reasons ...
1) Edwards-Helaire is 10X as mentally and physically tough as Henderson. He's a leader. Burrow said he was the best football player he'd ever played with, didn't hesitate a second.
2) Tackling Edwards-Helaire is like tackling a spider. He uses his arms and leg drive to break out of tackles when you swear he's down. He may literally have the best balance when being brought down to get out of tackles that I've ever seen.
3) His effort.
4) His short yardage work.
They are clones on height and weight allllmost (Helaire is 5-7), but not body type ... Edwards-Helaire has stronger legs and a more barrel shaped mid section, making him much tougher to tackle.
His comp is MJD, not Henderson.
I'd rather have JK Dobbins as a pure runner ... but if our locker room needs leadership and a player who makes plays with effort and toughness ... Edwards Helaire is totally worth it.
