I just don't think it happens right away... that it takes time
Cooks was a very good route runner and had so many years working with the Saints, Pats, and Rams offenses... when he came to the Rams he was seasoned
A new WR needs to learn a lot... its not just about the speed.
but yes ... droopy they could draft a replacement that ends up being better. Wasn't saying that's not possible in time
