to replace the speed and the production
as it stands right now they are going have to change how they go about it IMO... more two TEs which means more chances for Everett and more vertical routes for Reynolds who did a ton of that in college but not so much for the Rams.
these guys know that what Brandin provided to the offense was unique. That Djax, Tyrek Hill speed...there just aren't many of those with that combination of speed, route running and production
If just anyone could do it... they would have put Mike Thomas out there.
I'm encouraged though... I'm convinced that McVay is changing the offense dramatically and moving away from the reliance from the speed X... and why not? How many offenses have a healthy Brandin Cooks, DJax in his day, or Tyrek Hill but are very productive? lol
IMO this shows growth in McVay
