I wouldn't dismiss him either. But times do change quickly in the NFL and windows of opportunity can close brutally fast (especially on injured players).
I think with Noteboom there are two perspectives- what you can COUNT ON him to be going into 2020 and what he COULD STILL BECOME. Big difference...
In my opinion they should be able to
count on him as their 3rd/swing OT for 2020. He
could be more than that later on. But assuming too much too soon about an OL with 6 starts at LG wouldn't be wise.
