Means he was good.
Blue is the highest, then red, then purple, then I am not sure...grey maybe
so I take it that at the enf of season Evans was getting top grades, whereas
earler he wasn;t and I suppose with in the color there is high and middle and
low "blue"--and gussing same with all of them/
Don't know if everyone uses same system
