We have one of the lowest testing rates per million people in the world. We can't snap our fingers and magically multiply this by 10 or more.
Treatments - yes, there are some that look promising but you need a large enough date sample and a true control group to really get behind one or more.
As far as a vaccine - even if we get lucky and develop one - after testing to make sure it works and won't kill you, you then need to produce and distribute it by the hundreds of millions. Since it's a new virus it will require a specific formulation, not currently in production, involving hundreds of ingredients sourced from around the world.
Not trying to be a debbie downer, but I think we all need to be realistic and not just wish this away like our fearless leader. If getting football back in the fall on my tv means empty stadiums - I'll take it!
