Targets are more about hitting value..
And I think at 52 they would be "breaking even" on value. Which is fine if they really dig someone.

Hightower is going to be a steal wherever drafted ... I don't know if he has Cooks explosiveness off the line but he is definitely a deep threat.

Lynn Bowden is going to have a learning curve but in the right situation he could have a really high ceiling...
