I think you're right that all of them will see a drop in their draft # over if they had worked out ...
The one who might not is Van Jefferson because his route running was a senior bowl week standout. So his floor is really high.
Higgins in my opinion is a top 20 player ... so Jefferson and Ruggs going before him means he lost out not performing...
If he's there at 52 I take him.
Cager is kind of a mystery. Likely not on our draft board but could be anywhere on someone else's... no combine likely hurt him badly.
Hamler could have helped himself with a good gauntlet as his hands are his question mark... but I cant see that he hurt himself too badly as teams will love his speed and he'll be (imo) overdrafted.
Bryan Edwards I didn't know where to put and as a result of no combine I couldn't put him as high as he might deserve.
He didn't progress consistently through the years, though spotty QB play could have been the reason. I think they had 4 QBs start last year?
Bowden likely won't suffer much because you know you're drafting an athlete and training a WR.
Collin and Tyler Johnson will likely see the furthest drop. They might make the 6th round.
