Based on the stats below, he's much worse at getting separation than the majority of WR's.
If he's so fast, why is he so bad at getting separation?
Higbee, Woods, and Kupp are all better at getting separation than Cooks.

I don't know how fast Cooks really is....but he certainly doesn't play very fast compared to his reputation.
