Whiners would be a great spot for him. Mims is definitely, for his position a better player than Fulton is a cb. I don't think he overtakes--Jeudy, Lamb, Ruggs but I agree with he could easily be 4th. And I also agree the WRs usually go earlier than expected. One factor against that in this draft is the OT situation. Cardinals, Browns and Raiders are the key--do they go tackle, which lacks depth, or go WR, which is deep. But Mims is definitely special.
In my mock, the Raiders could grab a WR at either first round pick and I find it likely they would. They had some unique talent drop to them in the first. Whiners could easily go WR.
Going to be fun watching these rookie WRs next season. Some amazing players in this class.
