Actually, I suspect that Littleton was not an ideal fit for Staley and Fowler was a cap issue despite reported Ram offers for his services. IOW, Fowler was not deemed a ‘must have’ @$16M per.

So, losing them wasn’t really a bad management decision. It was just business.
