W/Brockers unexpectedly coming back, if taking on all those contracts doesn't make sense, they shouldn't do it. But I'd hate to see the Rams risk scuppering their well-earned reputation for treating players well by resorting to moves like saying a guy failed his physical when he didn't. Maybe it'd be no-big-deal in terms of their reputation, but when the time comes for free agents to choose new teams - and the Rams can be a real player in *that* game next year - I'd like to see their reputation for being above-board intact.
