That looks tremendously better imo. If you look at the NFL logos there aren’t too many without pupils. Interestingly the Pats and the Falcons don’t have pupils or recognizable eyes, both places Les Snead has worked
1. The New England Patriots logo and the Atlanta Falcons logo both have markings that represent the eyes, but you're correct that neither logo has pupils
2. I can find no confirmation that Les Snead ever worked for the Patriots.
