I just don’t see the Rams acquiring any top tier outside FA’s. I see a 1 year Snead hiatus on such expensive moves as he allows our cap room to ‘catch up’ in prep for Kupp and JJ signings. Besides, Rams already have a nice core of elite type players (plus Gurley and Cooks, both uncuttable or untradable).

I do see Snead signing some 2nd tier FA’s to plug holes so that he will be more free to draft BPA’s at his picks.

I could actually see Rams allowing Brockers, Fowler, Littleton, and GZ all to walk. Maybe even Whit, too, if he’s asking too much OR if they feel comfortable that Boom will be ready by September. Seriously.

Snead will trade down in the draft, probably more than once depending on how he’s stacked his board and how ‘his’ players are coming off of it.

Our first pick will probably NOT be an OL player. If both Fowler and Littleton walk then OL will not be our biggest need. And I now think that it is highly likely that both will take bigger offers elsewhere. Hope neither stays in our division.

I suspect that Staley will have huge impact in FA and draft priority decisions, as he should be. I expect a very heavy D oriented draft.

A RB could very well be among our mid-draft picks, depending on who falls (3rd or 4th round), despite other obvious Ram needs. Again, I’m serious.

I expect Staley to come up with a top 7 D, despite losing Fowler and Littleton.

Don’t be surprised if the Rams pounce on a WR a bit earlier than expected in this WR rich draft. Would be a shame not to take advantage, don’t you think?

I hope you're wrong about Littleton leaving though. But I say that not knowing the skills needed for the new D.
