because they are just listing the top players regardless of position in order. Now in real life, a teams board is not going to have all those names on it, simply because they are not needs or scheme fits. Or they get taken off for medical reasons, or they didn't like their interview or they have off field flags that strike him from their boards.
Example:
The Rams will not have any of the top QBs on their board. At least they better not. And you can strike off all the top safeties as well. Strike off any none scheme fit CBs as well. And for all intents and purposes all the top WRs. If a guy like Juedy or Ruggs somehow miraculously fell, they probably bite.
So now where Cushenberry was 49th and Biadasz was 56th, they are now 33rd and 40th.
And that is how every team would do it. The Cowboys won'y have any early RBs on their list and won't have any 34 DEs. Zone run teams won't include man power blockers and vice versa.
Now that said, I just cannot imagine a scenario at 52 (all bets are off if they trade down) that one of Ruiz, Cushenberry, Biadasz or Hennessy isn't available. If that makes you feel better.
