Getting out from under it will cost them $13M. And JRey is in his last season in horns so this is his opportunity to push for playing time and if he's as good as the staff has always said he should be able to take up any slack required if Cooks doesn't bounce back.

So in light of all that it also wouldn't surprise me to see the Rams take a receiver in this loaded draft. But either way barring trade of one of them they are in good shape going into the draft and season even if they add nobody.
