We live in a house of 4 boys.

The two that really follow football are ALL about tradition. My oldest Son is a huge football fan. I SWEAR his passion is 50/50. Half being MY old school standards. The rest is simply following the game. He and my oldest Step Son are ALL about tradition. My oldest Step Son is a HUGE UGA Bulldog fan...CERTAINLY not my doing! And even he was sick when about 6-7 years ago, UGA came out in CHROME helmets and some HIDEOUS "latest trend" jersey. He was only about 11 years old. Lets face it.....The trend of TRYING a "flashy new trend" of jersey is not THAT old. We have seen that in just recent years, relatively speaking. I live in Florida and NOBODY was thrilled when Tampa changed their jerseys to weird digital numbers. NOBODY likes the Dolphins new look. The NFL and Nike need to realize that even youngsters can be about tradition.....Just ask 98% of the fans of THIS very board what blue n yellow meant to them back in 1978 when they were wearing a Sears Catalog Rams shirt.
