when the NFL network guy said the Rams would finish 8-8 and in third place in the west

things change quickly

they have major question marks along both lines, no run game or proven RB, a QB who regressed, are likely to lose Littleton, major coaching changes

the Rams have the look of a team in transition

Calling the Rams a team in transition seems fair, Speed.

OL
RB (maybe)
DL
Edge
ILB
Maybe kicker, too.

And that’s just the players.

What about coaches?

OC
DC
ST coordinators

But there are transitions and then there are Transitions. I see no way that the Rams should be in the bottom third of the league in the power rankings at this point. They would have to completely blow this draft, FA, and all trades for that to happen.
