I see the XFL starts up tomorrow....

haven't vested any time into the workings of the league. Are the rules the same as the NFL, if different in what areas? How were the teams determined, how did they get their players chosen? Is this an underling of the NFL or is it a stand alone league? How large are the rosters?

Couple games are being shown here the Seattle/Washington DC at 2 PM and LA/Houston at 5PM. Guess I'll take a peek and then wander off into the woods and look for food.
