I got to thinking about the Seniors being inducted this year and how Roman Gabriel never gets mentioned. Then I think of Joe Namath and his 1 game of fame and his stats are terrible yet he is in the HOF..here is the comparison:
Joe Namath: QBrec 62-63-4 Cmp% 50.1 Yds 27663 Y/A 7.4 TD 173 Int 220
Roman Gabriel: QBrec 86-64-7 Cmp% 52.6 Yds 29444 Y/A 6.5 TD 201 Int 149
I don't get it...and alot of good players will never be remembered like they should (Pat Fischer is another one that boggles my mind, he should been in a long time ago)
Cripes Jack Snow's stats are better than Lynn Swanns...Snow just doesn't have 4 Superbowl Rings...
