#11 is my fav football number. And getting a player's name? Toooo afraid of the "here today / a Niner tomorrow" way of the modern NFL. My very firs, in 1986, was #8 (My High School baseball #) But in 1988, I bought my first #11. It's all I have had since, people who know me, almost see it as my trademark. At first....My Wife thought it to be nuts to pay so much for the jerseys. But when I explained to her that she has spent probably 4-5 times the amount in Jags T shirts since I bought my last in 2001, she understood.
Heck, kinda strange to think that at age 52 and a half, my next two could very well be my last two?? WHOA! LOL
