He is an amazing player, talented and love his leadership.
But anyone pretending he isn't benefiting from the near perfect situation: Andy Reid (great coach) and an unbelievable set of offensive weapons, isn't being reasonable.
He would be a great player anywhere, but not nearly what he is in KC. Imagine him on the Packers? He would look an awful lot like Aaron Rodgers does now.
What would he look like in Cincy, Jacksonville, the Jets?
Not like what he looks like with Andy Reid and a great front office that has assembled an amazing group of offensive players.
