I have a little different take on this...

and I'm not proud of this, exactly.... and I DO think the Pats cheating in this way was despicable. It's makes me sick.

I have a 'however', however...

I think this type of 'cheating' is far more prevalent than we think it is... IOW... I'd be surprised if EVERY team in the NFL didn't do similar.

Related, although FAR less of a sin - - - It's like the 'deflategate' thing.. with Brady... I can't speak for the Pros, true, but deflating the ball, inflating it, I know to be a common 'cheat' in football BELOW the Pro level.. no experience on the PRO level but would it be any different? I don't think so.

I think it very likely the Pats were the most egregiously guilty... but also think no team is 'sin free'. - JamesJM
