Lots of younger first time head coaches, coordinators, and asst coaches. Rams alone have McVay, O’Connell, and Staley. And those are their top three.

Sooooo...

Can we say that there seems to be a trend toward younger and more free-thinking coaching hires around the league over constant recycling of retreads?
