I agree. At the end of the day McVay and likely Kromer and Waldron were all spread too thin last year and the offense suffered. Getting back to having O'Connell in the role LaFleur had in 2017 is great for this team. It benefits Goff. O'Connell is very well-regarded as a young assistant and fits well I think. If he and the Rams wildly succeed in 2020 he might be on his way elsewhere in 2021 but such is the NFL and let's hope that's the case...
