One note on the Rams: Head coach Sean McVay has been way more involved on defense than most people realize. So no matter who the new DC is, McVay has a clear vision for what he wants it to look like.

Hmmmmm. It would help to know what is meant by "McVay has been way more involved on defense than most people realize". 'Cause I don't see having a clear vision for what he wants the defense to look like and actually being "involved with the defense" as necessarily the same thing. I hope it doesn't mean McVay is sticking his nose where it doesn't belong?
