I agree with you overall. He's smart, experienced, well-respected. Exactly the type that come into a struggling situation and inject immediate respectability and have players eager to learn and execute the system. That has been his M.O. his entire career as a DC. But he also never lasts more than 3 years anywhere and there are probably reasons for that too.
I like Wade a lot. Not necessarily advocating he should leave. But it's also true they have been 14th, 19th and 14th in scoring defense over these three years. His defenses are all about generating pressure on the QB and turnovers. When they get them, great. When they don't....
