wait, don't they know that Wade defenses are bad??

They should go after Greg Williams...who's defenses made the Rams great under Fisher.
I can't wait to get GWilliams back after we get rid of Wade...and then spend the next 2 yrs drafting players so we can return to a 4-3 defense.
CHANGE...is the order of the day. All Babies must go....along with the bathwater.

okay...fer realsies.....I think we're fine with our staff just add/subtract a few position coaches...and re-sign core vets and scout the heck for rookies in the mid draft range...and load up for next year. McVay just needs to not overthink things and get back to his basics.
Our defense is built to defense the pass & hold leads. imo

Unless, there's bad blood behind the scenes with the coaches...I think wade signs a 2yr deal and comes back and they continue adding pieces.
I wouldn't want to be a fan of any other team and would pick this roster with our problems over any other team...truly! I like where we are and where we are going as a team...just keep adding to it.
