Sure hope the rumors are just BS.
If McVay wants to shake things up he should do the following:
Make damned sure that he’s communicating to Snead EXACTLY what positions and types of players at those position he wants and needs. Snead will then find them.
Replace Wade Phillips with a young and aggressive up-and-comer DC. No more recycled old timers, please.
Take a long and hard look at whether Shane Waldron should stay.
Make fixing that OL Job One.
Addressing RB with an eye to eventually replacing Gurley might be Job Two.
IOW, bringing in Bruce Allen seems both silly and unnecessary.
