I know Rapp can't be that dumb to cover empty space not even if he is a rookie. Especially for a guy who has made key stops and tackles all season long with good football instincts. Rapp isn't the fastest guy but that was just obvious he was told to make it as easy as possible for Samuel to catch that deep bomb to effectively give the 49ers the game. Ramsey standing still while Samuel runs by him. Not sure why I continue to watch these WWE matches....I mean NFL games.
